» Click on Tools
» select Internet Options
» select the Connections tab
» click on LAN Settings... near bottom
» check Use a proxy server... checkbox in the "Proxy Server" section,
» in the Address: field enter proxy.BlackNet.biz
» in the Port: field enter 3128 (Alternate ports available: 15128, 24001
for Java Applet blocking ports use 3129, 15129, 24002)
» click on the Advanced... tab
» make sure the Use the same proxy server for all protocols checkbox is checked OR...
enter proxy.BlackNet.biz and port 3128 on the Secure line.
